Serving Orphans in Moshi, Tanzania

Objectives

6.1. To establish and support homes, centres and places for street, abandoned, homeless or orphaned children.

6.2. To maintain and educate children of persons who from poverty or physical or mental infirmities are unable to provide for their children.

6.3. To maintain and educate the children as part of their maintenance with all necessary and proper clothing, board, lodging, spiritual and rehabilitation assistance and medicine and medical and surgical attendance, appliances, nursing and comforts.

6.4. To raise awareness of the Holy Bible and of the Holy Trinity, to teach its doctrines age appropriate to children and encourage personal spiritual growth through prayer.

6.5. To institute, establish, maintain and carry on at Moshi district or elsewhere English medium schools and vocational training centre where students may obtain on moderate terms sound and general education of the highest order.

6.6. To develop and train children basic skills and abilities in numeric, literacy, physical and natural sciences and technical skills for further training and or occupation.

6.7. To contribute towards efforts aimed at raising society awareness in civil liberties and particular children’s rights and remedies in the event of abuse.

6.8. To work and assist local communities in planning and implementing socio economic programmes aimed at improving the quality of life.

6.9. To educate through out reach programmes people in the fight of AIDS and other diseases and assist them in meeting their basic human need.

6.10. To organize meetings, seminars, workshops, exchange visits and study tours aimed at fostering the aims and objectives of the society.
